Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Karma&Chakra, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to our unique and custom-made approach to fashion and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. In such instances, we will replace the product. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them.
To request a replacement, please email hello@karmaandchakra.com with your order number and photos of the issue, within 48 hours of order delivery. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up and send you a replacement once we receive the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Being disappointed with an order is an experience both you and we would love to avoid. So we urge you to take your time to consider your purchase and ensure you've selected the right product and size before you place your order. We request you to check the pictures & read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Feel free to ping us for raw images of any product if needed as well. Please reach out to us if you need help with your order.
Please note we do not offer refund. We hold the right to not accept an exchange in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order. In case the order is already dispatched, we would not be able to process any cancellation. In case of cancellation, a nominal fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges.
